1 General Terms

Welcome to the krikta platform. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between krikta ("Platform", "we", "us") and you ("user", "member").

By registering on the krikta platform, logging in, or using any service, you fully agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using this platform.

1.1 Scope of Applicability

These terms apply to all services provided through krikta, including online casino games, sports betting, live casino, fishing games, and other entertainment services. In addition to these terms, our privacy policy, responsible gaming policy, and bonus terms also apply.

2 Membership and Account

2.1 Registration Process

To open an account on krikta, you must provide accurate and complete information. All information provided at the time of registration must be true and genuine. Providing false information may result in immediate account cancellation.

• Each person may operate only one account.
• Opening multiple accounts for the same device, IP address, or multiple members of the same household is prohibited.
• Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility.
• Sharing or transferring your account to anyone else is strictly prohibited.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

For security and fraud prevention, krikta may request identity verification at any time. krikta reserves the right to suspend the withdrawal process if the required documents for verification are not provided on time.

2.3 Account Security

If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately. The user shall bear responsibility for any negligence related to account security.

3 Age Restriction and Eligibility

At the time of registration, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age. Providing false information about your age is a serious violation and may result in permanent account cancellation and balance forfeiture.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The following methods can be used to deposit funds on krikta: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for all methods is ৳200.

• Deposit amounts are added to the account immediately.
• Depositing from a third-party payment account is prohibited — use only payment methods registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawals

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each member may claim each promotional offer only once.
• Transferring or gifting bonuses to third-party accounts is prohibited.
• While one bonus is active, another bonus cannot be claimed unless specifically permitted.
• krikta reserves the right to change or cancel bonus offers at any time.
• If bonuses are misused or fraud is attempted, the account will be cancelled and the bonus forfeited.

5.3 Cashback and Other Offers

Regular promotional offers, seasonal bonuses, and special event offers are announced periodically. Each offer has its own terms and conditions, which are clearly stated at the time the offer is announced.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Terms

All games on krikta are operated in a fair and impartial manner. Software from world-class game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, and PG Soft is used.

• If a game is not completed due to a technical error, the bet will be returned.
• krikta is not responsible for losses caused by internet disconnection.

• Diamond — up to 1.0% weekly cashback

VIP tier advancement depends on your activity and contributions on the platform. Upon reaching higher tiers, additional benefits such as special bonuses, priority support, and exclusive offers become available.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the krikta platform and may result in immediate account cancellation and balance forfeiture:

1. Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of bonus abuse or bonus hunting.
2. Using hacking, cheat software, or automation tools on the game system.
3. Conducting illegal money laundering or suspicious financial transactions.
4. Creating an account using a false identity or forged documents.
5. Attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities or programming errors.
6. Sharing accounts or balances with other users.
7. Harassing or defrauding other users through the platform.
8. Participating in coordinated or organized attacks against krikta.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 Suspension by krikta

krikta may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these terms.
• Failure to provide required documents for identity verification on time.
• Evidence of suspicious financial activity or fraud.
• Violation of age-related terms.

9.2 Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time. Contact the support team to do so. All pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed, however bonus balances will be cancelled if bonus-related terms have not been fulfilled.
